4 Deck Shaker Separator
Industrial Four Deck Shaker Seperator Machine is designed to efficiently beat hulls to remove the small meats mixed with and adhering to hulls. Consisting of a series sections this unit features removable screened baskets than allow easy cleaning and screen changing. In each section we have incorporated a spiked shaft, which fluffs the hulls as product moves through the machine. These spiked shafts rotate at incrementally increasing speeds exposing meat and hull fractions to perforated metal screens, removing most of the meats from the hulls.
